Apruébase el siguiente Acuerdo: "ACUERDO NUMERO 5 DE 1940 (marzo 15) por el cual se dictan disposiciones sobre Proveeduría Intendencial y se modifica el Acuerdo número 16 de 1934 y los Decretos 271 y 277 de 1939.
