Parágrafo transitorio

4° al Artículo 2.1.1.1.5., del Decreto 1821 de 2020, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo transitorio

Una vez expedido el Decreto de Cierre de que trata el presente Artículo y atendiendo los montos finales de los recursos recaudados del bienio 2019-2020, el Ministerio de Minas y Energía ajustará la distribución de los recursos asignados por la Comisión Rectora del Sistema General de Regalías durante el bienio anterior para incentivar la producción que, a 31 de diciembre de 2020, no estuvieran respaldando algún proyecto de inversión. Lo anterior en virtud de lo establecido en el numeral 8 del literal A del Artículo 7 y el literal b del Artículo 12 de la Ley 2056 de 2020.”
