Si alguno de los hechos de que tratan los artículos anteriores fuere ejecutado por comerciantes, farmaceutas o boticarios, directamente o por interpuesta persona, en establecimientos de su propiedad, se les impondrá además la clausura del respectivo establecimiento hasta por dos años.
