Los alcaldes, alcaldes menores e inspectores de policía, quedan facultades por medio del presente Decreto para cerrar los institutos docentes de educación no formal, que funcionen dentro de sus jurisdicciones, sin la licencia de iniciación de labores correspondientes, salvo lo dispuesto en el artículo 9º de Decreto.
