ARTICULO 12 . Selección e incorporación. La selección de los Bachilleres aspirantes a prestar el Servicio Militar Obligatorio en el Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, la realizará la Escuela Penitenciaria Nacional, en la regional de incorporación que se establezca, entre el personal que sea citado por la Dirección de Reclutamiento y Control Reservas del Ejército, previa coordinación con el Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario.
