Art. 1.° Cédense en propiedad a cada una de las personas mayores de edad que vayan a establecerse con casa i labranza en el territorio de la aldea de San Faustino, del Estado de Santander, veinticinco hectaras de tierras baldías.

Parágrafo

Los estranjeros que quieran gozar de la concesión que se hace por este artículo, deberán obtener previamente, conforme a la Constitucion, carta de naturaleza.
