ARTICULO 2.4.5.2.4 . - FUNCIONES DE LA JUNTA DIRECTIVA. Además de las que consagran los estatutos de la Financiera Energética Nacional S. A., FEN, serán funciones de la junta directiva las siguientes

a)

Fijar las políticas generales para el manejo de la entidad;

b)

Aprobar el presupuesto anual de la FEN, que deberá reflejar estrictamente las prioridades establecidas en las políticas globales del Gobierno Nacional definidas por el Conpes

c)

Dictar los reglamentos de crédito;

d)

Autorizar el otorgamiento de los préstamos que la Financiera Energética Nacional S. A. haga a las empresas del sector energético, y

e)

Definir las características de los títulos valores que la financiera emita.
