Sanciones aplicables. La Oficina para la Protección de los Recursos Naturales y Ambientales del Departamento impondrá multas sucesivas de hasta 200 salarios mínimos legales mensuales a las personas naturales o jurídicas que realicen un mal uso, pongan en peligro o causen daño a los recursos naturales y ambientales del Departamento.
