Artículo primero. La Junta Directiva del Hospital Central Santa Helena quedará constituida por seis miembros con sus respectivos suplentes y nombrados así: uno por el Ministerio de Salud Pública - División de Asistencia Pública; uno por el señor Obispo de la Diócesis; uno por el Gobierno Departamental del Valle, el Alcalde Municipal de Buenaventura, y dos nombrados por el Cabildo, los que no podrán ser miembros de él.
