Supresión de la cuota y liquidación del Fondo. Los recursos del Fondo de Fomento Palmero al momento de su liquidación quedarán a cargo del Ministerio de Agricultura y su administración deberá ser contratada por dicho Ministerio con una entidad gremial del sector agropecuario que garantice su utilización en programas de apoyo y defensa de la agroindustria de la palma de aceite.
