Procedimiento En Caso De Que No Se Obtenga Respuesta Oficial De Un Prestamista O Acreedor

° Procedimiento en caso de que no se obtenga respuesta oficial de un prestamista o acreedor. Si expirado el plazo a que se refiere el inciso 1°del artículo 6° de la Ley 57 de 1989 no se hubiere obtenido respuesta oficial de un prestamista o acreedor en relación con la cesión del respectivo contrato, se procederá a celebrar el contrato de administración fiduciaria a que se refiere el

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 6° de la misma Ley.
