El peso ($ 1) que por cada res hembra que se beneficie en el mismo packing-house de Coveñas debe pagar la empresa a la Nación, se distribuirá así: treinta y cuatro centavos ($ 0-34) para la Nación, treinta y tres centavos ($ 0-33) para el Departamento de Bolívar, y treinta y tres centavos ($ 0-33) para el Municipio de Tolú.
