ARTICULO 162. Abuso de función pública. El empleado oficial que abusando de su cargo realice funciones públicas diversas de las que legalmente le correspondan, incurrirá en prisión de uno (1) a dos (2) años e interdicción de derechos y funciones públicas por el mismo término.
