Art. 1º Reconócese á favor de los hijos legítimos del finado Dr. Rufino Vega, Sres. Guillermo, Zoraida y Celia Vega, y á cargo del Tesoro de la Nación, la cantidad de cinco mil setecientos noventa y seis pesos ($5.796) por capital é intereses de la suma que la Caja del Ejército del Sur, en 1860, quedó á deber al citado Dr. Vega, por suministros hechos para el sostenimiento de dicho Ejército.
