Los préstamos que el FONADE otorgue a personas naturales o jurídicas de Derecho Privado, serán controlados por el interventor que al efecto se designe en el respectivo contrato. Del informe que el interventor produzca, se enviará copia al Auditor Fiscal que designe la Contraloría General de la República, de acuerdo con el reglamento a que se refiere el artículo 21.
