La suma incluida en el Presupuesto como renta proveniente del producto de la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos, conforme a la Ley 165 de 1943, será consignada por dicha Empresa, por cuotas mensuales iguales en la Tesorería General de la República. En igual forma procederá con la consignación del subsidio a los Departamentos y al Distrito Especial de Bogotá, ordenado por la Ley 15 de 1959 .
