Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir del día siguiente a la fecha de su publicación, adiciona un Capítulo 8 al Título 6 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2, adiciona una definición al artículo 2.2.1.1., adiciona una Subsección 3 a la Sección 4 del Capítulo 1 del Título 2 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2, adiciona el artículo 2.2.6.1.1.15, adiciona un numeral 3 artículo 2.2.6.5.1.2, adiciona los artículos 2.2.6.5.4. y 2.2.6.5.5., modifica los artículos 2.2.6.5.1.1, 2.2.6.5.1.3, 2.2.6.5.2.3 y 2.2.6.5.2.5 del Decreto número 1077 de 2015 y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
