Art. 63. El rematador no podrá embargar los objetos destinados á producir el vino en el país, la cerveza y demás licores que no entren en el monopolio, ni los funcionarios de instrucción podrán hacerlo cuando resulte que para montar los aparatos el interesado dio aviso á la primera autoridad política, y ésta, haciéndolos reconocer, hubiere dado una atestación al industrial.
