Los militares pensionados los que sin estar en servicio quieran contribuir para el Montepío, podrán radicar sus cuotas en la oficina que pague las pensiones ó en la Tesorería del Establecimiento, según el caso; pero si alguno dejare de dar la contribución correspondiente á una mensualidad quedará hecho borrado pe la lista dé contribuyente, sus herederos no tendrán derecho á pensión y no se devolverán las cantidades que hubieren consignado.
