°. Remisión normativa. Los docentes y directivos docentes vinculados a las plantas de cargos destinada exclusivamente a la prestación del servicio educativo en instituciones educativas ubicadas en las zonas afectadas por el conflicto armado precisadas mediante reglamentación por parte del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, se regirán por las normas establecidas en el presente Decreto-ley y, en lo no regulado, por las disposiciones del Decreto-ley 1278 de 2002.
