Artículo octavo. La Secretaría Nacional de Acción Social y Protección Infantil, destinará exclusivamente a la suscripción y pago de acciones de capital en la Fábrica de Cementos de Boyacá, la cantidad de trescientos mil pesos ($ 300.000.00) moneda corriente, que se apropia por medio del artículo séptimo de este Decreto, en el Capítulo 39, artículo 34 del actual Presupuesto de Gastos.
