Libertad de elección de beneficiarios de subsidios. Las personas que reciban subsidio del Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional podrán, a partir de la comunicación mediante la cual se les informa que son beneficiarias de tal subsidio, ejercer el derecho a la selección de régimen, y de entidad administradora de pensiones en el caso del Régimen de Ahorro Individual con Solidaridad, o ratificar la elección que hubiesen efectuado previamente.
