Para el otorgamiento de becas en los establecimientos oficiales de educación primaria, secundaria y profesional, serán preferidos, en igualdad de circunstancias, y dentro de las prescripciones legales y reglamentarias, los descendientes hasta la segunda generación de los militares inscritos en el Escalafón especial de que trata el artículo 1° de esta Ley.
