ARTICULO 7o. Patrimonio. - Forman parte del patrimonio del IDEMA

Todos los activos que a la fecha de vigencia del presente decreto, pertenecen al Instituto;

Los recursos que se le destinen en el Presupuesto Nacional;

Las sumas o valores que el Instituto reciba en pago de los bienes que enajene o los servicios que preste;

El producto de los préstamos que el Gobierno o el Instituto contraten con destino a los fondos para compra de cosechas o de infraestructura de comercialización;

Los recursos que reciba de personas naturales o jurídicas, nacionales o extranjeras y entidades internacionales.
