Quienes siendo residentes permanentes en el departamento Archipiélago de San Andrés, Providencia y Santa Catalina, de conformidad con los artículos 1º y 2º del Decreto 2762 de 1991, encubran o presten su concurso para la violación de las disposiciones sobre residencia o control poblacional, se harán acreedores a las sanciones previstas en el artículo 13 del Decreto 2762 de 1991.
