amends ley 46/22

Artículo 1° El artículo 154 de la Ley 46 de 1923 quedara así:

Cuando una letra es rechazada por no aceptación, debe ser debidamente protestada por tal motivo, y la que no ha sido rechazada por no aceptación, sino por falta de pago, debe ser protestada por este motivo. Si no es protestada, el girador y endosantes quedan libres.
