Cuando por cualquier medio el Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho conozca la existencia de un presunto incumplimiento de las obligaciones impuestas por la ley y sus reglamentos a un centro de conciliación o a un Programa Local de Justicia en Equidad, deberá solicitar la explicación pertinente o disponer visitas al centro correspondiente.
