El Gobierno procederá simultáneamente a disponer el estudio de cualquiera de las bahías de la costa norte del Choco (Pacifico), en donde pueda adoptarse un puerto seguro y fondable por vapores de alto calado para que sirva de termino al cable aéreo de que trata esta Ley.
