Cuando se trate de empleados, la autoridad nominadora, una vez recibida la correspondiente lista de elegibles y según el porcentaje mínimo exigido para el efecto, deberá nombrar en período de prueba a los aspirantes que hayan ocupado los cinco primeros puestos de la lista, la cual deberá actualizarse o renovarse a medida que sean designadas estas personas.
