Artículo octavo. Si existiere duda en cuanto a superposición del área solicitada sobre zonas contratadas, o que sean objeto de permisos vigentes o de solicitudes en trámite, el Ministerio, podrá exigir al proponente el levantamiento adicional necesario para establecer si en realidad ocurre o no la superposición. Si el solicitante no presentare el trabajo ordenado en el término que al efecto se le señale, se considerará retirada su solicitud.
