Los apoderados judiciales y los delegados de éstos no pueden desistir del juicio ni abandonarlo, si para ello no se les ha conferido facultad expresa, ni ejecutar, sin la misma facultad expresa, los demás actos que en esa facultad expresa se exige por alguna disposición legal.
