Art. 1º. Establécese un impuesto de cinco pesos ($5) por cada denuncio de minas, el cual ingresará en el Tesoro Nacional, y se pagará en la Administración principal de Correos ó en la Oficina que haga sus veces en la capital del respectivo Departamento.
