Para poder utilizar aeronaves de transportes públicos o de trabajos aéreos, re requiere que la empresa compruebe ante le Gobierno su capacidad administrativa, técnica y financiera en relación con las actividades que se propone desarrollar, y que obtenga el permiso correspondiente.
