ARTICULO 1o . La letra b) del ordinal 1º del artículo 1º del Decreto 1064 de 1991, quedará así: "Hasta quinientos treinta mil millones ($ 530.000.000.000) moneda legal, destinados a sustituir durante el año 1991 la deuda interna de la Nación con el Banco de la República, y que podrán ser utilizados para operaciones de mercado abierto".
