Artículo único. Derógase el Decreto número1213 de 8 de Octubre de 1906.Se cobrarán, por tanto, en lo sucesivo, como derechos de tonelaje, los que regirán hasta la fecha de ese Decreto, sin las excepciones que él estableció.

Parágrafo

El presente entrará en vigencia el 1. º de Marzo próximo.
