En desarrollo del presente convenio, las Partes Contratantes podrán firmar acuerdos complementarios para realizar proyectos específicos y garantizarán dentro de las disposiciones vigentes de su legislación nacional, que los artículos y elementos importados o exportados, en virtud de los acuerdos especiales, queden exentos del pago de derechos de aduana y de todo derecho o recargo que se perciba por las operaciones de importación o exportación.
