El salvoconducto concedido para portar un arma caduca de hecho cuando la persona que lleva el arma consigo se halla en estado de embriaguez. Por consiguiente, el arma debe ser decomisada por la autoridad competente, sin perjuicio de las sanciones que se establecen en el artículo 63.
