Artículo primero. A partir de la vigencia fiscal en curso, y para atender a su sostenimiento, otórgase una subvención anual de veinte mil pesos ($ 20.000.00) moneda corriente, a cada una de las nuevas Diócesis de Duitama (Departamento de Boyacá), y de Montería (Departamento de Córdoba), que se pagarán semestralmente en dos contados iguales.
