El cargo o la función de perito, cuando el dictamen comprenda cuestiones técnicas de valuación, se encomendará al avaluador inscrito en el Registro Abierto de Avaluadores (RAA) en los términos de la presente ley y cuya especialidad corresponda a la materia objeto del dictamen.
