Art 5°. Teniendo a la vista la Junta provincial, las copias de todos los rejistros de las Juntas de canton, formará un cuadro del cual enviará copia al Poder Ejecutivo por la Secretaría de Relaciones Esteriores, a fin de que se espidan por la de Hacienda los vales de la deuda creada por la presente lei, de conformidad con los reglamentos que en el particular espidiere el Poder Ejecutivo.
