Parágrafo

del artículo 97-1 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo

Para el modo de transporte marítimo el aviso de llegada deberá presentarse en el momento o con anterioridad a que la autoridad marítima otorgue la libre plática o autorice el inicio anticipado de la operación. En el aviso de llegada que se presente a través de los servicios informáticos electrónicos, deberá registrarse la fecha y hora en que llegue el medio de transporte. En el modo de transporte aéreo el aviso de llegada deberá presentarse en el momento en que la aeronave se ubique en el lugar de parqueo del aeropuerto de destino”.
