Expiración del Foes : El FOES expira con el agotamiento de las rentas de congestión. Dicho agotamiento se entenderá ocurrido cuando se cumpla uno de los siguientes eventos: i) cuando el Ministerio de Minas y Energía con fundamento en la información suministrada por el ASIC certifique que no se producirán más Rentas de Congestión, o ii) cuando transcurran más de doce (12) meses continuos en que no se generen Rentas de Congestión.
