El contrato nulo podrá producir los efectos de un contrato diferente, del cual contenga los requisitos esenciales y formales, si considerando el fin perseguido por las partes, deba suponerse que éstas, de haber conocido la nulidad, habrían querido celebrar el otro contrato.
