Entidad de manejo. El Ministerio de Cultura decidirá lo pertinente al manejo del sistema de evaluación y seguimiento de proyectos, lo cual podrá hacer mediante la vinculación de una entidad sin ánimo de lucro conforme al

Parágrafo 6

o del artículo 178° de la ley 1955 de 2019. Los costos administrativos relativos al sistema de evaluación y seguimiento se atenderán con cargo al monto que debe sufragar la empresa productora titular del proyecto, según lo establecido en el artículo 2.10.3.5.3. de este decreto.
