Artículo único. Mientras dure la actual situación de emergencia mundial, el encaje del Banco de la República podrá bajar hasta el treinta por ciento (30%) del total de los billetes en circulación, sin que haya lugar a sanción alguna contra el Banco por este motivo. Comuniquese y publíquese
