No obstante lo dispuesto en el artículo primero del Decreto 528 de 1964, la Policía conocerá en primera y en segunda instancia: a).De las contravenciones: b) De los delitos contra la propiedad reprimidos con arresto o prisión, cundo la cuantía no exceda de trescientos pesos ($300,00); c) De los delitos de lesiones personales, cuando la incapacidad no exceda de quince días y no dejen al ofendido lesión de carácter permanente ni defecto físico.
