Articulo catorce. La tramitación de las adjudicaciones a que haya lugar, a favor de cultivadores de los playones, islas y demás terrenos de que tratan los artículos 11 y 13 del presente Decreto, se llevará a cabo, por las Comisiones de Adjudicación de Baldios del Ministerio de Agricultura, y, a falta de éstas, se aplicará el procedimiento común.
