Referencias normativas. A partir de la entrada en vigencia de la Ley 1967 de 2019, todas las referencias y disposiciones legales vigentes al Departamento Administrativo del Deporte, la Recreación, la Actividad Física y el Aprovechamiento del Tiempo Libre (Coldeportes) se deben entender hechas al Ministerio del Deporte. De igual forma, las referencias que hagan las disposiciones vigentes al Director del Departamento como asistente, integrante o miembro de consejos, comisiones, juntas, mesas u otras instancias de deliberación relacionadas con los temas de deportes, recreación, actividad física y el aprovechamiento del tiempo libre se deben entender referidas al Ministro del Deporte.
