Parágrafo 2

del artículo 17 del Decreto 1137 de 1999, el cual quedará así: "

Parágrafo 2

Para la ejecución de los planes y programas de carácter nutricional, corresponde al Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar adelantar los análisis e investigaciones, en los términos establecidos en las disposiciones legales vigentes sobre la materia".
