Art. 13. Por la Seccion 2. a de la Secretaría de Guerra y Marina, oficina á la cual se halla adscrito el negociado de Parques, se llevará un libro de Cuenta corrientes, el cual tiene por objeto saber en cualquier momento dado el número de elementos de guerra con que cuenta la Nación y la manera como se hallan distribuidos.
